FRIDAY 25 September:  Welcome Reception at Parliament House Liberty Square.
As part of this years celebrations for the 200th birthday of Charles Darwin and 150 years since the publishing of ‘Origin of The Species’, the Northern Territory Library has a very rare and valuable first edition copy of ‘Origin of the Species’ on display to the public throughout September.   There will also be local artwork that celebrates the man whose theories established the basis for the scientific understanding of the natural world.  Read more    The Library closes at 6pm so you will have time to look at this treasure beforehand.

SATURDAY 26 September:  Social Hour at Crocosaurus Cove  A great opportunity to network with colleagues in this exciting environment.   This is an optional extra @ $60 which includes entrance into the Cove, platters of food and one hour of drinks.  Free evening thereafter.  A night club has recently been opened in the basement of the Cove.  Arrangements can be made for those attending the social hour.

SUNDAY 27 September:  Conference Dinner at Holiday Inn Esplanade.  This is an optional extra @ $75 per person.
